All our windows are made by Liniar and supplied and fitted by us Your New Windows & Doors.
With their focus on sustainability Liniar has worked for nearly 3 decades to ensure that no waste UPVC is sent to the landfill. By creating fully or partially recycled products, designing energy-efficient and eco-friendly products, and continually working towards the smallest carbon footprint possible.

We at Your New Windows & Doors have 14 colours for windows to choose from varying from shades of white, green, grey, brown, and black.

DESIGN

Each product design is painstakingly crafted and created by Liniar, using the latest software and 3D print technology, then tested before the manufacturing process can commence.

EXTRUSION

Liniar also manufactures the profile, or the UPVC parts of the window, through a process called extrusion. At Liniar’s extrusion plant raw materials are heated and squeezed through shape dies, then cooled as they come out- forming perfect lengths of the correct profile for each piece of the window system.

FABRICATION

The different lengths of UPVC profile, together with other components needed to make the finished product, are ordered by and shipped to a specialist window fabricator. The fabricator cuts and welds the window together using Liniar’s strict design specifications. Glazing units are added together with hardware such as hinges and handles, and accessories such as astragal bars, resulting in a finished window.

INSTALLATION

Some fabricators offer an installation service, other sell windows and doors onto specialist installers, such as us at Your New Windows & Doors, to install into your home.
